Firstly a customer or their representative will contact the local branch of A2O, where they will be responded to in a customer service style manner; we aim to answer any queries immediately with all required information as we understand how important it is for us to make things as easy as possible, at what could be a very difficult time for individuals.
A2O recognises and appreciates that there are many providers out there who all offer very similar services, and in a lot of cases individuals may not entirely know what they need from a provider or indeed what options there are out there, therefore we always offer a completely free initial consultation, which carries absolutely no obligation.
